Beth Chamberlin is the owner and founder of Act In Service, Inc. She is a CCARE Stanford University certified educator, facilitator and consultant in applied compassion training, a study of the principles, skills, and practices that foster compassionate communication and action in real world settings. In her workshops she combines her 30+ years experience as an actor and her study in applied compassion training to help healthcare workers increase their emotional intelligence and improve patient care interactions. Additionally, she supports leaders in fostering productive and solution oriented interactions. She is a consultant to Rogosin Institute, the preeminent kidney care center in the New York City Region.

Beth Chamberlin is an Emmy nominated American actress. She recently starred in season three of the international hit, “La Reina Del Sur” and the award winning independent comedy, “EAST”. In the U.S she is best known for her 15 years playing the character Beth Raines Spaulding on the daytime drama, “Guiding Light”. She has also been a frequent guest star on episodic television including Law & Order, SVU, Chicago Med, Blue Bloods, Power, House of Cards, FBI, Billions as well as network pilots.

BETH is the owner and founder of Nyack Boot Camp, located in Nyack, NY, established in 2012. Nyack Boot Camp uses research-backed methods to produce maximum results with minimum time commitment. Using kettlebells, battling ropes, sandbags and other tools, all workouts combine strength-training and cardiovascular conditioning to create health and functional fitness. A champion gymnast in her youth, she attended NYU on a ballet scholarship. She is a certified Kettlebell Training Specialist and earned her Fitness Training certification from the International Sports Sciences Association.
